Participants will learn skills to help recognize and respond confidently and effectively to potential threats. The workshop will focus on simple physical techniques, including basic strikes and wrist and choke releases. Situational awareness will be highlighted, as well as using your voice to de-escalate or set boundaries. You will not only be educated, but also instilled with a sense of empowerment and confidence.
