Service Description

Toddler Boot Camp will provide toddlers with the necessary tools to aid in their motor development milestones, building hand/eye coordination, hand/foot coordination, and social skills. We will work with balls, hoops, and other kid-friendly equipment designed to give your child a healthy workout in a fun and safe environment! Class Activities: 5-7 minutes - warm up 15 minutes - strength training 15 minutes - cardiovascular training 5-7 minutes - cool down
