Sweat & Swagger
Sweat & Swagger is a dance fitness program that gets your heart pumping with a great cardio workout. It’s a mix of high energy, urban style, and positive vibes!
Zumba
Zumba is a fun and energy-filled workout with Latin-inspired music and dance steps designed to burn calories while you’re having fun! The dance and aerobic movements help improve cardiovascular health and provides full-body toning.
Big Joe Fitness
Big Joe Fitness classes combine intervals of cardio, bodyweight and strength training. They are designed to maximize results in under 45 minutes. This full body workout will include strength exercises to get your muscles feeling the burn! Class Activities • 5 minutes: warm-up • 35 minutes: strength/cardio training • 5 minutes: cool down
