TODDLEr programs

Our Toddler programs provide an opportunity for children  to engage in hands on games and activities that help develop friendship, knowledge and sensory play skills. Various classes are offered during the week for children from ages under 2 through 2 years accompanied

by their parents or caregivers.

Our Senior Programs are designed to help promote health and wellness through creativity, exercise, social activities all geared to older adults.

Our Adult offerings include Sweat & Swagger/Zumba and Big Joe Fitness, as well as special workshops including Line Dancing and

Creative Classes with Dori.

Soo Bahk Do is a style of martial arts that strenghtens physical stamina, flexibility, and strength while expanding skills such as discipline and confidence.
