big joe fitness

Big Joe Fitness classes combine intervals of cardio, body weight, and strength training. They are designed to maximize results in 45 minutes. This full body workout will include strength exercises to get your muscles feeling the burn! Class Activities - 5 minutes: warm-up - 35 minutes: strength/cardio training - 5 minutes: cool down

Enjoy an evening of creativity and fun with friends. Dori has over 25 years of experience as an artist and a teacher.

sweat & Swagger/zumba

Sweat and Swagger is a dance fitness program that gets your heart pumping with a great cardio workout. It's a mix of high energy, urban style, and positive vibes. It's combined with Zumba which is a fun and energy-filled workout with Latin-inspired music and dance steps designed to burn calories while you're having fun! The dance and aerobic movements help improve cardiovascular health and provide full-body toning.
