Unwind with a gentle Hatha yoga class for all levels, where poses are held a little longer to focus on alignment, breathing, and mindful awareness. Chair modifications and calming candlelight meditation are included to support relaxation and ease.

Bring your own mat if you wish (we will have some available). Chairs will also be provided if needed.
